1. Strip & Wax - *We RECOMMEND At Least Every 8/12 Months
In order to restore your floors to a “like new” shine, they will need to be stripped and waxed. We recommended this be done at least every 8-12 months if traffic is medium to low. For high traffic we recommended that you have your floors professionally stripped & waxed every 4 to 6 months.
2. Scrub & Finish:
If your floors are looking dull and weathered, it is time to clean and re-coat. A scrubbing of the tiles will provide your floors a rejuvenated great look. This will reduce the need for frequent stripping and waxing, saving you time and money!
3.Buffing/VCT:
Having a professional maintain your floors is key to a strong business brand. Having your floors buffed helps maintain the high gloss luster you desire. For this process we use an ultra-high-speed floor machine to renew the floors surface. We recommend this service monthly for medium to low traffic areas, and weekly on high traffic flooring.
